The core of digital control technology of PMC powder management system lies in the patented DDF powder pump, which can accurately and stably form a "high powder density, low air content (High Powder Density, Low Air Volume)" powder supply state. Compared with the traditional Venturi powder pump, the DDF powder pump can deliver the same amount of powder coating with less air and slower speed in this state, thus forming a flexible (ZoftSpray) spraying effect. In the "ZoftSpray" state, the spray gun can spray the powder paint with a very high atomization concentration and a soft speed to increase the charging rate of the powder. In this way, the powder paint can carry static electricity in a good state and adsorb on the surface of the workpiece, thus forming a very uniform surface coating.
