KPC Powder Center

The KPC Series Powder Center combines the functions of powder supply, powder recovery and sieving in a compact housing with extraction to ensure a clean working environment in the workshop.
The KPC will enable the operator to change colour quickly and efficiently in a short period of time.
The PLC control system will automatically clean the powder hoses and internal powder path of the spray guns to reduce down time and powder contamination problems.
The extraction of the KPC can be either integral with the KPC, or integrated with the main filter unit.

The overall design of KPC powder supply center is compact and well-equipped.

Equipped with a vibrating table powder hopper, it can still maintain smooth powder supply during the mixing process of virgin powder and recycled powder, with good powder fluidization effect, uniform powder discharge from the spray gun, and high powder coating rate on the workpiece.

It adopts human-machine interface control, which is simple to operate and easy to maintain.

Its exhaust system is equipped with a large cyclone and filter connected to the powder coating equipment through an air duct. There will be no powder coming out during operation, and the colour change and cleaning are quick, which can reduce the air consumption of back-blowing in the Powder Center.
