This vibrating type powder sieve is designed to continuously separate contaminants from recycled powder during the powder circulation process. The powder collected and transported from the recovery system is sieved to remove impurities such as dust, fibers and foreign particles
before being reused in the coating process. After sieving, the qualified powder is automatically returned to the powder supply system and delivered to the spray guns for reuse. Virgin powder is also sieved before entering the powder supply system to ensure uniform powder quality and proper mixing with recycled powder. Different sieve mesh sizes can be selected according to the type of coated products and the number of spray guns installed in the system. Vibrating sifters with different diameters can be configured to match the powder throughput requirements of the production line.
