Smart 600 Spray Gun - An intelligent combination of "Flexible spraying" and "TCC Total Energy" technology
The Smart 600 (S600) spray gun system is the result of our over 30 years of rich professional coating research and development experience. The S600 spray gun adopts a completely new aerodynamic design, increasing the charging time of powder particles inside the spray gun. Ensure that the "SoftSpray" feature is effectively utilized, while reducing the wear of internal spray gun components and enhancing the stability and reliability of the spray gun. The third-generation artificial intelligence electrostatic control software technology of the S600 spray gun is not combined with the latest electronic digital and component . Through intelligent technology pairing, The S600 spray gun system features superior powder charging and conveying effects, higher powder efficiency and lower usage costs.
Advantages of SoftSpray technology:
The SoftSpray concept we are studying is to make the charged powder particles be sprayed out of the spray gun at a slower speed and in a gentle manner. During this conveying process, the charging time of the powder particles can be effectively and fully extended, thereby ultimately achieving a better coating uniformity effect and improving the powder utilization rate.

Through testing and verification, to achieve SoftSpray, it is necessary to use our patented fourth-generation DDF powder pump. Compared with traditional powder pumps, it can convey the same amount of powder particles at a slower and more stable speed, effectively extending the powder conveying time in the spray gun and allowing the powder to be fully charged at a slow speed. The charged powder cloud is uniformly sprayed onto the workpiece in a stable and gentle state, enhancing the powder's ability to adsorb onto the workpiece and effectively improving the powder utilization rate. Among the customer application cases, there are well-known automobile and truck manufacturers such as BMW, General Motors and Scania. All agreed that this technology ensured the stable delivery of the required powder and improved product quality for them.

To popularize the SoftSpray technology, when we developed the new generation of S600 spray guns, we also applied this concept to the newly designed KVM series Venturi powder pumps. This configuration has been certified by users in different industries and has achieved excellent usage results.

The design of the S600 spray gun is particularly crucial for achieving "SoftSpray", as the design of the spray gun must be in line with the technical characteristics of SoftSpray. Through a soft and evenly dispersed powder cloud, Achieve outstanding charging efficiency and powder penetration into the corners and grooves of the workpiece. Ensure that the coating surface of the workpiece forms a smooth effect.
TCC total energy charging technology
In powder coatings, there are many factors (such as powder formula, grounding quality, material substrate, etc.) that affect the selection of the discharge energy setting used, and the work of choosing the best energy setting can only be carried out on-site. After taking into account various factors, experienced operators usually select the required current and voltage Settings based on a certain coating distance.
However, in practice, when the coating distance changes sharply, the original energy setting of the spray gun can cause the powder particles to overcharge or undercharge, which can lead to surface finish problems such as orange peel, pinholes, fat edges, exposed base, etc. To solve this problem, we have developed total Energy charging technology (TCC) for automatically adjusting the electrostatic discharge energy of the spray gun. The TCC concept basically states that as the spray gun gets closer to the grounded workpiece, it will disproportionately require less energy to generate an electrostatic field for charging powder particles compared to the original discharge energy setting. The reverse is also true.

Therefore, TCC is basically an AI assisted "dynamic regulation system", in which the discharge energy level of the gun will be proportionally adjusted at different coating distances to achieve the best charging results on powder particles. According to the original current and voltage values selected by the operator, The TCC program will intelligently calculate the changes in the coating distance and immediately adjust (decrease or increase) the electrostatic discharge energy level to the optimal level required for the new coating distance.

The technical feature of TCC is that it can overcome the problem of excessive or insufficient powder particles caused by constantly changing coating distances. In practice , the use of TCC not only increases the powder coating speed and achieves a superior coating effect, but also enables untrained operators to easily spray a good coating effect.
